We are working on adding if possible. The security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Yardwork is tenant responsibility. Note: the application process includes processing a credit and background check. There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $75 per applicant over the age of 18 that covers the cost of a background check. All inquiries are processed in the order received.
