The current tenant cannot fulfill the lease terms and seeks someone to take it over. The lease runs until 10/31/2025, with the option to renew. The current tenant will reside in the home until we have a take over lease in place. The rent is $1,970, which includes a $20 monthly filter shipment fee and a $100 pet rent. The deposit is $1850, paid by the current tenant and will remain with the property. By taking over the lease, you agree to accept the property and lease terms as is. Upon move-out, you are responsible for returning the property in the same condition as received by the original tenant. Any cleaning or damages will be deducted from the original deposit. If these costs exceed the deposit, you will be responsible for the difference.
