In order to process your rental application, we will need the following items either submitted with the application: Clear copy of your Driver's License. Clear copies of your last 2 most recent payroll check stubs or two years tax returns. Pet Application(s) if applicable. Pet Policy: Due to the nature of the breeds, please consider the following breeds unacceptable: Akita, American Bulldog, Bullmastiff or Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Dog/ Wolf Hybrid, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler and any combination of these.
