Property Description
The Chateaux in the Village at Breckenridge offers prime location for your vacation. Located adjacent to the Base 9 area and Quicksilver lift, this is a wonderful ski-in/ski-out property. The shops and restaurants on Main Street are only 2 blocks away. Our guests also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities at the Village.The comfortable 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your mountain vacation. Curl up by the wood fireplace and relax after a long day of skiing or watch a movie on the DVD player. While the cooks create dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, the rest of the crew can chat with them from the three barstools at the counter. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The en suite bathroom has a large jetted tub and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds with a bathroom en suite as well. Sleeper sofa and half bath are in the common area. WIFI, washer/dryer, garage parking for 1 car only (based on availability and $15 per night additional parking fee will be charged for nights booked only), sleeps 8, non-smoking.

Rental Policy **Summit Mountain Rentals highly recommends purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation plans. Please contact us directly to include insurance. The policy can be found at: The Guest agrees to the following terms for the use of the Accommodations between the Check-In and Check-Out Dates: Check-In/Check-Out. The Accommodations will be available for occupancy beginning at 4:00pm on the Check-In Date, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the Check-Out Date. A fee equal to 100% of one nights stay will be charged if unit is not vacated by above specified time. Damage Deposit. The Guest authorizes a damage deposit of $350 for studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units, $500 for 3 and 4 bedroom units, $750 for 5 and 6 bedroom units and $1,000 for 7 and more bedroom units. The Guest authorizes the Manager to use the deposit to cover damages not associated with normal wear and tear.
