Property Description
This 3,100 square foot luxury resort home combines exceptional quality with supurb views. The backyard borders the Peak Eight base area. The living room is dominated by a massive river rock fireplace, rising up 2 stories and extensive window area on 3 sides providing views of the adjacent slopes. For your entertainment the living room includes a TV and DVD, and AM/FM/cassette stereo . The kitchen has contemporary appliances and the dining table has seating for 8. The adjacent serving counter seats 6. On the lower level is the rec room with a fireplace, TV, cards, poker chips, board games, and generous window area overlooks the front yard and a door provides access to outside and a queen sofa sleeper. On the upper level is bedroom 1 with a queen bed with TV, and shares a bathroom with the study. The Study is a semi-private room with a trundle bed that converts to a king bed or 2 twins. Main level is bedroom 2 with a queen bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with adjoining bath with shower. Bedroom 4 is on the lower level and has 2 pair handcrafted log bunks. Patio doors off the dining area open onto a deck ideal for both sunbathing and viewing the slopes with a hot tub that can accommodate 8 persons; and a gas BBQ grill. You'll enjoy the heated 2-car garage in the winter with ski room located adjacent to the garage entry door. Other amenities include fax machine, laundry room, iron and ironing board, and childrens sleds/snow saucers. Hot tub is not available in June. Please call for details.

Rental Policy **Summit Mountain Rentals highly recommends purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation plans. Please contact us directly to include insurance. The policy can be found at: The Guest agrees to the following terms for the use of the Accommodations between the Check-In and Check-Out Dates: Check-In/Check-Out. The Accommodations will be available for occupancy beginning at 4:00pm on the Check-In Date, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the Check-Out Date. A fee equal to 100% of one nights stay will be charged if unit is not vacated by above specified time. Damage Deposit. The Guest authorizes a damage deposit of $350 for studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units, $500 for 3 and 4 bedroom units, $750 for 5 and 6 bedroom units and $1,000 for 7 and more bedroom units. The Guest authorizes the Manager to use the deposit to cover damages not associated with normal wear and tear.
