The complex is less than a 5 minute walks to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Guests have access to year round heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Located on second floor, this sunny unit has fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bar, as well as a separate dining area with seating for four. The living room has wrap around windows, gas fireplace and TV/VCR/DVD. The master bedroom has a king bed and a sleeper sofa in living room, sleeps 2-4 people. Guests have access to the central laundry facilities on premises. Assigned ski locker by covered parking area - very handy. There is also one assigned covered and limited lot parking. Non-smoking. Approximately 825 sq. ft.

The policy can be found at: The Guest agrees to the following terms for the use of the Accommodations between the Check-In and Check-Out Dates: Check-In/Check-Out. The Accommodations will be available for occupancy beginning at 4:00pm on the Check-In Date, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the Check-Out Date. A fee equal to 100% of one nights stay will be charged if unit is not vacated by above specified time. Damage Deposit. The Guest authorizes a damage deposit of $350 for studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units, $500 for 3 and 4 bedroom units, $750 for 5 and 6 bedroom units and $1,000 for 7 and more bedroom units. The Guest authorizes the Manager to use the deposit to cover damages not associated with normal wear and tear.
