The Accommodations will be available for occupancy beginning at 4:00pm on the Check-In Date, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the Check-Out Date. A fee equal to 100% of one nights stay will be charged if unit is not vacated by above specified time. Damage Deposit. The Guest authorizes a damage deposit of $350 for studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units, $500 for 3 and 4 bedroom units, $750 for 5 and 6 bedroom units and $1,000 for 7 and more bedroom units. The Guest authorizes the Manager to use the deposit to cover damages not associated with normal wear and tear.
