To the East you have Cocoa Beach and the space coast only 40 minutes away. Ideal for Orlando Intl airport is only 40 minutes away and Sanford about one hour drive. You will be 5 minutes away from the awatd winning Champions Gate Golf Course and Reunion.. We are also within an hours drive of all the major theme parks and water parks in the area. DESCRIPTION FOYER AND LIVING ROOMS As you walk through the front door the entryway leads to a spacious seating area with computer and internet access. go up the stairs to the upper floor and an archway leads to a further seating area with two sofas, two armchairs, wide, flat screen TV, cable and DVD player. KITCHEN Large fully equipped kitchen with cooker, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table with 6 chairs and breakfast bar with 2 chairs and all the usual appliances. Utility room includes washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a cloakroom. MASTER SUITE As you come up the stairs the wide landing leads to extremely spacious luxury master suite with huge King size bed, chaise longe, walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with his n hers vanity unit, corner bath, large walk in shower and separate toilet. GUEST SUITE This room again has quality furnishings, a queen size bed, cable television and an en suite bathroom BEDROOMS 3 & 4 Both have twin beds, with televisions in the room. SWIMMING POOL & SPA Our pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children. The large deck area has a spa/jacuzzi and a large terrace with a range of patio furniture and loungers.
