Deposit, Credit Card Authorization and Limited Accidental WaiverPayment is accepted in the form of VISA, MasterCard, Discover and JCB. A $300 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival. (60 days prior to arrivals for Christmas/New Year's Holiday dates). A credit card authorization form will be sent to you for signature authorizing charges for rent and incidental charges as describerd on our website. In lieu of paying a security/damage deposit, a $45 non-refundable Limited Accidental Damage Waiver Charge will be added to your invoice. You will not be required to pay for accicental damage to the condo or personal property of the owner contained on the premises, up to an aggregate amount of $1000. Prestige Properties require a refundable security/damage depost. Late check-in fee $25 for arrival at property after 9:00 pm. Holiday Arrivals: additional $25 check-in fee 12/25..1/01 and late check -in on 12/24..12/31.
